Kettle was aestetically nice looking but i found the lid to be a bit flimsy and it wouldnt stay open which would have made filling awkward so decided to return it for a refund. For a cheap kettle, its fine, just not for me. Accepted return without fuss and issed my refund quickly once they got it back. Cant argue about the customer service, they were excellent. Would have no issue buying from them again.
