Dispatched like lightning, arrived very well-packaged and amazingly tiny! But when I opened the package, it fluffed right out very quickly. It's for my tween daughter, not me, but she tells me it is excellent quality, looks great, stays in place and is really comfortable. We bought this because the springs on her mattress were starting to wear through the original pillow top, and this was a much cheaper alternative to buying a whole new mattress. All new as described. I have not personally slept on this yet but my daughter has and she says it is very good. It came tightly packaged and was vacuum packed, but when I finally got it undone it bounced back into a huge soft and fluffy mattress topper. It was easy to fit to the mattress and my daughter assures me it is very soft and very comfortable and she rates it very highly. Does the job perfectly.
