      The scissors were posted promptly and within the time scale but unfortunately the envelope was ripped opened and was empty. I contacted the seller who immediately posted another pair which arrived safely. I offered to help Shahay, by writing a statement confirming non receit, so that she could contact Royal Mail but this was declined.       Sharp and very comfortable to use

      These are good and very comfortable to use scissor, but the soft plastic ( the bit that makes them comfortable ) does break after a while, but our other GRIPI scissors lasted about 15 years before the plastic failed ( we do not wash them in dishwasher, which I think would have made them fail earlier ). The blades were still perfect after 15 years - but impossible to use with half handles missing.
