It looks like the USB-C version of the magnetic cable was purchased. While this is compatible with the H7R Core, it does require a USB-C power adapter. Unfortunately, it wouldn't work with the USB-A power adapter you have pictured. We can see you have successfully returned your item now and a refund has been issued. We do offer a USB-A compatible cable for your H7R Core, which you can be found under ebay item ID: 354281327859.
