The remote that came with was nit correct and wouldn't allow me to set up right away. I contacted seller and they responded right away and resolved the issue by refunding the amount of a new remote for the device. Overall, I'm happy with this product and the way the seller resolved the issue with communicating and offering to replace the remote.
