I do have a converted HM chair that is a drafting chair so hopping on a off the seat likely caused this. Wished there was some sort of attachment that the cushion had to prevent sliding. Other than this, material was comfortable. Shipping took quite a while but I was no hurry.

But sadly the speed function didn't work probably due to bad contact or design, seller was very responsive and offered a quick resolution to my satisfaction. It's a shame that seller has to go through this especially because they are shipped the item very quickly and it was delivered quickly.
