Ordered 29/9/24 still waiting 24/10/24, should have arrive 10/10/24. Was told they had a virus which I understand but just kept being fobbed off. When they eventually reply to msgs it’s excuse after excuse. We try reply to messages everyday, however in exceptionally busy periods this is difficult, all armbands are handmade and take all hands on deck to craft.
