    Item cut to wrong dimensions. Given the cut list, it could have been cut two different ways, but instead of confirming, they just went ahead and cut the worktop (which happened to be the wrong way). I've made it work now, but a but of communications from the seller would have prevented the issue before incorrectly cutting a £400 worktop. On the plus side, delivery guys were fantastic.

    Really great product, packaging and delivery - 2 man delivery, with regular updates (I even got a text to say the van was 19 minutes away). Minimal but highly effective plastic wrapper kept the worktop pristine. FANTASTIC QUALITY product at an unbeatable price. USE THESE GUYS. Footnote: I messed up my order which they refunded without complaint, but still used the original delivery slot, so I got my worktops less than 24 hours after ordering!
