    I was dubious about buying these as I had used another supplier before. I am 100%+ glad I did as these are excellent. Just the right crunch and no jaw breakers. Only just opened them after delivery today and it is a struggle not to keep eating them. Called the wife down for a taste test and she agreed they are better in taste and texture. I am going to find a nice cool safe place to hide them now. I will highly recommend the 5kg bags as you will be through them in no time otherwise. Tough life..

Scratchings have very satisfying flavour (salted), allowing the nature of the pork product to stand, with pieces composed of rind, fat and traces of meat. And above all, cooked to proper level for scratchings (ie NOT blasted to airy corn-snack style "crunch"). I expect to be returning soon for refills. Many thanks.

    Bought unseasoned and ended up adding some seasoning. I think I might try BBQ next time. The crackling is crackly but not jaw breaking. The fatty under layer is generous and provides an excellent counterpoint to the crackle. More flavour and texture than Double Cooked scratchings. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavours. Recommended.
