    The original transaction was prompt and efficient but the product (TI-92) shipped turned out to be faulty; missing the key back up battery connector, wiping out memory with each change of AA batteries. Due to long distance selling, 50% refund offered, and reluctantly accepted. Very prompt response but the lack of care in checking the validity of the product description is disappointing. I would not do business with trader again and cannot recommend, attempts to bully me into changing feedback.
