We will see if it helps insulate the walls as winter wears on. Easy to apply, sturdy tub, one coat, 25 yr gtd. It is pricey that is the downfall and it is difficult to assess how much one needs in advance. My brick is not smooth so it took more than the estimated coverage on the tub. Bear this in mind if you have rough aged brick. In the end I bought 3 of these tubs for an extension and side wall.
