    Outstanding book

    Got this book in an effort to improve on our 5 a day options- and what a wonderful choice it was. Easy to follow recipes with easy to find ingredients. One excellent recipe after the next; every single one with the option of adding meat to it meaning it's possible to cater to different diets. Fantastic.

    A great book!

    I wanted to give up meat for lent, a personal challenge for me, and struggled to find a book that both my husband and I could both enjoy, he would never give up meat! This fits perfectly with our lifestyle and the food we like to eat. What really annoys me about other vegiterian books is how pretentious they are,' oh how wonderful it is to be veggie/vegan let's live off chick peas' this book is the opposite, once lent is over I will continue to use this book and adapt the meals with and without meat.

    Great recipes

    Basically vegetarian recipes with the option of adding meat or fish. Varied recipes which are easy to follow and work well.. The ones we've tried so far have been lovely and I'm a week start to play around and amend them as we go on.
