    Avoid at all costs! This leather hide is not the size listed in the description. I bought a 8sq foot hide and received a piece 2.5ft by 3.5ft. Contacted seller and they refused to provide me with extra material or a refund for the missing material. It also looked like the piece I was send was an off cut. Not at all happy

    Buyer ordered an 8sq ft hide. Maths was always my least favourite subject at school but I'm confident the sizes he say's he received (3.5 x 2.5ft) equals 8.75ft. Notwithstanding this, I offered to either send him a second hide FREE of CHARGE if he was happy to pay the postage cost or fully refund if he returned it. Buyer refused both options and expected a 50% partial refund. I'd rather received negative feedback than to give in to unreasonable people.
