You'll have a subtle scent of patchouli about you when you've put it on that lasts right up til the night. I haven't used this when we had the heatwave (as it arrived after that had sadly ended) so I don't know how it well it works when it's hot, but for everyday use it certainly keeps one smelling fresh. A little goes a long way, very economical.
