      Delivered very fast and item was received in good condition. Seller is also responsive. Item was shipped even if my account was indefinitely suspended due to reasons undisclosed by eBay.       Useful for small spaces

      I am rating this a 5 because it suits our needs, but I imagine the rack can be less than stable when used to shelve heavier items. While meant to be screwed under the shelf, we attached the brackets to the sides of our shelf accounting for the length of the rack. Prior ordering we measured our shelf to ensure the rack would fit. I would advise you to do the same of measuring first the area where you would place the rack before buying (size of the rack is in its product description). The alignment of one of the brackets was less than the ideal 90 degrees but this was remedied by pulling and holding the bracket upright for a few minutes.
