However, it looked used when I removed the cap. EBay approved the return but upon return I heard nothing from the seller. I contacted the seller with confirmed receipt info. and didn’t hear back. I then contacted EBay customer service who finally apologized and said they would ensure the refund within 3-5 business days. I lost half my refund in the return shipping alone plus the hassle. I cannot recommend.Reply from: tinkermia- Feedback replied to by seller tinkermia.- Feedback replied to by seller tinkermia.Item was new & carefully packed in a bubble envelope including a request to contact me if there was a problem so we could work it out. My name, address, email & phone number were included. Instead, she went to ebay for a refund. Buyers’ remorse was not an option, so she stated the above falsehood. Ebay didn’t consult me before refunding. I have pics showing how it was opened to send to ebay; but was told to send her an email with the pics which I did; she did not respond. Beware of this buyer.
