Then when I received the details it was only 4000mAh capacity despite being entitled 6000mAh capacity. I immediately emailed and received a reply the next day saying that the 6 (meaning 6000mAh) was broken and offered me instead an 8 (80000mAh as a replacement at the same price, which I accepted.
