Due to the item being so well packaged in a small flat cardboard box, it protected the chocolate during transit which meant it arrived completely intact. Contacted seller but they blame this on the courier . Am still awaiting the delivery, not happy, wouldn't use same seller again. Have requested a refund. Will update.
