    I always message my buyers before posting to confirm they are happy to proceed and to check if they want to add to their order. I sent the buyer 3 messages with no reply, then decided to post item as described. Item was clearly listed for spares or repair. No message was ever received from buyer. Buyer never complained or asked to return. This feedback is incorrect and unfair.
