When it arrived the wax didn’t have the smell of beeswax that I am used to, just a mild plastic-y scent. I also noticed there are black hairs and bits (?) inside the beeswax. I asked the seller about it and, again, he was initially fairly helpful. He got progressively more rude and aggressive, refunded me and told me to throw everything in the trash. I added wicks worth over £10 to the wax. I gave a lot of advice to a novice candle maker. Tired of the whole situation, I gave him my money back for the wax. I didn't get my beeswax back, I didn't get my money back for my wicks back.
