In the end, it worked, taking about 40 mins to upload completely. I don't quite understand the lifetime FSC code. I presume it is included on the memory stick. I am not very technical, so was expecting to receive a code separately, having had to unexpectedly pay an extra £30 for it, which I hadn't understood from the maps memory stick advert.
