Fantastic for games what else can I say. The reason for the poor value was that it was more expensive than the recommended manufactures retail price. But was nowhere near as expensive as most of the others on ebay. So over all I feel lucky as I have need a new card for a wile now. I would have liked the rtx 3090 but cant afford it.

Upgrading during the pandemic made the choice difficult. settled on 3070 TI since 3070 prices were the same if not more. went for Nvidia's reference card since I liked the design and power consumption vs other cards that were available. I paid £830 for this during the pandemic and that's way over the odds. To be fair it outperforms my 1080ti by a large margin, maybe 40% Still a ripoff and if their were any end in sight to the chip shortage I'd urge everyone to hold on but it is cool to see proper light sourced games. Metro is amazing and Cyberpunk is also transformed and amazing. Also the 3000 series seem about 40% up on the 10 series. The 3060ti is benchmarking above the 1080ti. The 20 series was a wash out but if you can find a 30 series it's worth the money. Luv and Peace.

Used in an alienware graphics amp with an area51m 9700k 2070rtx. The jump from the 2070 to 3070 ti is quite substantial , 3d mark went from 9000 odd heavy oc'd to 13000 odd.. Can run Rdr2 at 4k max settings at around 30-40 fps.
