Delivery disappointed take longer than expected as 1st time round the headboard was missing so I declined but a new delivery date was soon sorted for me. Great customer service and good communication. Always kept upto date with times ect and you can track delivery. Delivery Driver was super friendly and chatty. Definitely Recommend

Buttons not really aligned.quite flimsy.mattress came rolled flat packed but sprang into action once opened.bed on pics looked higher but we measured it and they were as stated.its comfy for superking and people that delivered it were nice.so you only get what you pay for.time will tell if it lasts few years

It took a little longer than scheduled to arrive because of logistical issues, but communication was excellent the whole time . I would however r☺️suggest a manufacturers manual with instructions and proper labels, because it took a while to find the holes for fixing the headboard, and I think this is why some people said there were no holes. Did not come in a box came full size plastic wrapped. Mattress is not double sided so cannot be turned over. No instructions or label apart from fire label. Delivery took quite a long time ordered 19/12/24 and arrived 13/01/25, even with Xmas thats quite a delay not the UPS next day delivery on the listing.
