Damage packaging bent in the hands The clock was wrapped in loads of bubble wrap which when box dented in bent in the clock hands. Seller told me I can straighten the hands myself last message said I was just unlucky. Wasn't interested. At 86 don't trust myself bending the hands straight. So will have to take it to a jewellers, or put it in the roof loft.
