    Jardine, I believe, used a brand new priority USPS box inside their non priority packing. This is taking something that belongs to USPS, using it, for their own purposes, and not paying USPS for that item. Most circles call that theft. Possibly a violation of eBay seller policies, but that's between this seller and eBay and not my call. don't steal government USPS priority boxes, that cost everyone else money.
