I placed the lower cable pully lower than suggested so the cable will miss the weights on the weight pin for seated rows on the floor. I was concerned the weights would swing but that hasn't been an issue, although I am not using explosive movement, steady and controlled. I am happy with my purchase. Prompt delivery A+++
