    I was around when it was Dinasaur Express and John Stage's restaurant was the outside smoker and a lunch counter. He may have had a couple of picnic tables inside. Look at him now. Anyway, this is a bible, I bought my copy in Syracuse at the original restaurant when it first came out. These 5 are Xmas gifts, because I am tired of people asking for the drunk & spicey shrimp recipe, not your mama's meatloaf, and his version of shepherd's pie. He also can teach you to BBQ. "Always good Smoke", great BBQ. Excellent Cuban, creole, sides and influences from Memphis, St Louis, Carolina's, TX, all over. Great stuff.
