- r***a (73)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe bed is really comfortable and the mattress is comfy too , the delivery was supposed to come on Friday but due to the van break down it came today finally (I did read reviews on van break down) Delivered at around 5:00am they call you the day before confirming delivery time The condition is very good quality I got the nice pink one which is such a good colour in person too. Unfortunately the screw to keep the headboard in place I was missing only 1.

- 5***m (9)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseIt is a very nice bed,A couple of problems ,There were no holes to attach legs to headboard or to the bed,and it was bolts to attach with flat end so was unable to screw into wood had to drill then when i drilled the holes could not get bolt started to screw in ,I had three different dates for delivery ,but got here in the end.Apart from that bed very comfortable

Delivery disappointed take longer than expected as 1st time round the headboard was missing so I declined but a new delivery date was soon sorted for me. Great customer service and good communication. Always kept upto date with times ect and you can track delivery. Delivery Driver was super friendly and chatty. Definitely Recommend

It took a little longer than scheduled to arrive because of logistical issues, but communication was excellent the whole time . I would however r☺️suggest a manufacturers manual with instructions and proper labels, because it took a while to find the holes for fixing the headboard, and I think this is why some people said there were no holes. Did not come in a box came full size plastic wrapped. Mattress is not double sided so cannot be turned over. No instructions or label apart from fire label. Delivery took quite a long time ordered 19/12/24 and arrived 13/01/25, even with Xmas thats quite a delay not the UPS next day delivery on the listing.
