However, the item description said that it was going to ship by Royal Mail and it didn't - it shipped by Evri instead. I've been having a lot of problems with Evri recently (losing packages etc); so it is important that stuff isn't sent using them. I attempted to contact the dealer about the problem and they didn't reply.
