She would not take back the item, which I never opened. After speaking with here she basically said "Tough Luck". I have been a seller for 20 years and never had his experience. I pleaded with her and didn't not wish to leave negative feed back, she didn't seem to care, BEWARE OF SELLERS THAT DON'T TAKE RETURNS.
