I let the company choose the colour and have received all black covers but that is fine as ordering that way meant that the folders had an extra discount. The plastic pockets are very thin but they are not splitting as I put A4 paper inside. As I am using them for storage and not needing to keep removing the paper they will be okay for durability. Thank you :)
