They didn't have the smaller back cushion so they sent a complete new chair with no cost. I asked if they would like to make arrangements to collect the 1st chair and they said to keep it. I offered to buy the chair at a reduced price as I'm sure I'll get some kind of cushion and they again just said keep it. Amazing service and would use again without hesitation.
