    Great new product

    The eyeliner goes on quite black and it lives up to the claim of being waterproof. It doesn't smudge and the brush is not too hard, making it accommodating for people with sensitive eyelids. It came in as a new eyeliner, still within the box packaging like you would see in the store. I would recommend this product to a friend.

    Resistant to smudging.

    This is a great eyeliner. I mostly use it for my bottom eyelid but it can be used for top lid. Goes on smooth and resistant to smudging.
