However Royal Mail damaged the parcel and returned it to KR, who quickly sent out another set of materials, upgraded postage to tracked etc at no cost to me. However again Royal Mail did not provide me with any tracking details and took six (6) DAYS to finally deliver the parcel, KR have done everything in their power but the Royal Mail really messed this order up.KR Tray for Top pad for classic Gamesworkshop size trays.(GWPAD) (#234889099262)
