Online it is very bright almost white whereas in person when arrived it was a very dull blonde and a lot more ashy. Messaged the seller about refund and she was very patronising and no help at all! Still waiting for my second refund. By far the worst customer service and shade references online. Will have to contact eBay. Don’t waste your money or time.
