    Exactly what I wanted - describes all the exercises you can do on a Total Gym

    The chart is exactly what I was looking for. It describes how to take advantage of the old, used Total Gym I picked up at a yard sale. I now understand how to use the attachment to perform pull-ups, leg-curls and shoulder presses, making it possible to perform a full-body workout on one piece of equipment. Sad that the User Manuals don’t include this info, but happy to have found the chart.

    Total gym exercise chart

    The chart looks like it would be great.....however it is packaged by folding it instead of rolling it. I tried to have it framed but the creases were so deep that the art store refused saying it wouldn't straighten out enough to be able to read the poster. I framed it my self but it looks terrible and is indeed hard to read.
