      Would be no good for my Boxer but it is OK for smaller dogs. You get what you pay for so it’s OK. If your looking for a easy, quick time then it is not for you.

      Could do with being slimmer

      If you have small hands this is not for you as quite fat to get your hand around if your unfamiliar with using one on dogs claws, I have been using it without the guard as it’s the only way I feel that I can see what I am doing as to not hit the quick

      Quite massive including the 2 x C size batteries (not included). The grinders are somewhat sandpaper (4x inserts included). Wondering if they all are perished, purchasing one would be a hassle. Looks well built and good make.

      Nail grinder

      The grinder is a bit clumsy to use especially on smaller dogs. Quite so good for nervous dogs. A bit under powered the drum stops easily if any pressure is applied so not very good for dogs with hard nails. That said it works well on my standard poodle and in my IWS the hair is kept away from the drum with the guard. Useful but still need the nail clippers at times

      Good tool

      I bought this product to file my puppies nails, I like the concept it seems to be well made and durable. Unfortunately I feel it is more powerful than I expected and this seems to frighten my pup and have not been able to use it as of yet, I feel the sanding bands are too harsh and could be finer. However, I will keep it and use it when my puppy is older.
