    The item (a model locomotive) arrived promptly & suitably packed. It had a defect that was not apparent by visual inspection but that made the item "not as advertised". I believe this was an honest mistake. When told of the defect, the seller voluntarily undertook to buy a part for me to fit to remedy the defect, and bring the model to the advertised condition, and this was done. Communication was good. I felt the seller acted honourably and sincerely, and I would be happy to buy from him again.
