    I bought some slippers advertised as with wool lining which sounded like they would be very warm. However when they arrived they were leather outers with suede inners - no wool and not warm . They also posted them to the wrong address so there was a long delay in getting them . When I emailed them telling them of their mistakes they did not respond . I did keep them as they are a charity but they must do better
