This was a back & forth where I assisted the buyer with - What hardware is compatible - If his hardware was compatible - Researching and sending through compatibility tools to verify additionally - Buyer admitted they should've done due diligence & still bought the item not knowing if it was compatible & then wanted tech support from me when they couldn't get it to workI had 100% rating previous to this nonsense
