I paid on Saturday and estimated delivery was following Thursday. In reality it was only posted on Wednesday after purchase so came on Monday 1.5 weeks after purchase. When I queried with customer service they gave me same speech 3 times that ebay estimates are only estimates and not a guarantee. I do understand that but when buying I do look at delivery and posting times.Follow-up from: j***j- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.After few days we had tried to use main oven. Unfortunately it blew the fuse in the whole house and happened multiple times. I asked for collection and refund. Again long time to get a response from them. They send the courier but when I enquired about refund they said: THE CASE IS STILL WITH EBAY SO LET'S SEE WHAT THEY WILL DECIDE. I mean that's not how it works! You have sold a faulty item that I returned ASAP so really the only thing left was to refund me. I the end ebay refunded me 😒
