Was one single tiny crack as shown in the photos we requested of the damage - caused by the courier. We offered a full refund + free return postage which buyer refused. Buyer then tried to blackmail us by threatening to spoil our 100% positive feedback and asking for 50% refund and to keep the item. We do not succumb to blackmail from anyone and ebay refuse to remove the negative comment (thanks for your support).
