I purchased a set of specific fishes, but unfortunately, some of them were not as I ordered. Instead of 4cm Rusty cichlid i got 8cm unknown one. Additionally, I received ill fish which was distressing. The communication from the seller was nonexistent, making it difficult to address the issues and seek a resolution. Was contacting. Overall, was dissatisfied with the lack of accuracy in my order and the condition of the fish received.

Packaged perfectly with a polystyrene box, heat packs, and mylar or survival sheeting. Many other cheaper sellers advertising stock they don't have with a 2 week waiting time then sending very small juveniles. Sims were only ones that had no issue sending me a female with confidence. Brilliant service and you get what you pay for !
