      The folks at this shop are very responsive to my inquiries after receiving the battery. I was guided through how to nudge a battery that was in storage too long. I was offered, full or partial refunds. The battery is within optimal specs and I will be monitoring the health but it seems fine. .009 volt variance between cells at average 4.178-4.169 and 16.66 volts total.
