    Item purchased arrived packaged well, Item description stated new, but item I received was dirty, had some light stains on it, appearance of item is definitely used item. The Item received is made of thin plastic and don't believe the appearance or quality of the item represent the value seller is selling item for. I believe seller could do better with a more descriptive listing. The worse part was definitely NOT sellers fault, but the lack of efficiency by USPS in delivering package .
