He very graciously was able to delay shipping the item for 3 weeks as I had requested and the item arrived packed well and in good condition. The only downside is that there were a number of pieces missing from the fixings. After some back and forth I was told it was shipped complete and so I will have to source the missing pieces elsewhere. The communication was good and responsive, shipping was fair for the item.
