The other was very crudely made (Galvanizing was glopped on, poor welds with holes burned through or was cold and lacked penetration, unbranded ratchet). Seller was questioned about the disparity with no reply. I had the welds redone and installed both. Super fast install and they feel very secure. Time will tell....
