    Seller charged 30 dollars for shipping within the United States for something that costs 10-12 dollars. Seller also described the item as XL correct to size, the item is definitely a slim fit. I asked if I can return the item or exchanged as it doesn't fit me and I was declined.

    This is a case of buyer's remorse. Item is size XL as clearly described in the listing with a classic fit and not slim fit as claimed by buyer. Item is a heavy long coat and was shipped USPS priority mail which cost much more than what buyer stated. eBay clearly considers this case as that of buyer's remorse. I don't accept returns except if item is not "as described" which is not the case here. Buyer's negative feedback is unfounded.
