Not a scratch, ding, dent, or defect anywhere and the electronics cover still had the protective plastic on it. Price was great as well! Getting thru customs was a chore but the sellers were in constant contact and despite the hangups (no fault of the seller), the bass still arrived 3 days early and was packaged very well. I highly doubt you'll be disappointed with these folks! Thanks again! A+

Brand new and in the original box and in excellent condition. The package came to the DHL office in Koror, Palau and they called me, so I picked it up and was very happy. Seller communicated with me via email and we both made it work and I finally got my Brand new Yamaha PSR SX 920 Keyboard. First one in my country if I am not mistaken. The Dingwall Bass was delivered in great condition, the seller discounted the price, they shipped the product in a sturdy package and communicated during the entire process.
