Seller did a good job getting the product here as soon as possible from a location far away overseas. Did ask seller for troubleshooting help, which e-mails were left unanswered; however, it is not their job to get the configurations the way I would need, to work with my setup. Overall, great job with shipping and packaging of the product so it arrived not broken. When I reported the issue, they refused to take any responsibility or offer a replacement. As seen in the photo, the antenna is rusted, and the device does not power on at all. This is a clear case of scamming customers with faulty products. I strongly urge eBay to take action against such dishonest sellers who deceive buyers. It seems that after delivering item, your other company shipped it to you via boat. But we're investigating it and we always refund.
